At Subashini Heels, every pair is crafted with intention, care, and detail. As a boutique affordable luxury label offering limited-edition pieces, we take pride in ensuring your experience is seamless from the very first step. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


✨ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

  • Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including dust bags and boxes).

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

  • Items purchased on final sale or through discounted promotions.

  • Custom-made or pre-ordered pieces.

  • Accessories (e.g., anklets, gift items).


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund (at our discretion).


🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

  • To order a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
