Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including dust bags and boxes).

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

Items purchased on final sale or through discounted promotions.

Custom-made or pre-ordered pieces.

Accessories (e.g., anklets, gift items).

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
